Home Repairs & Remodeling in the Tulsa Metro

Most of the work a house needs over thirty years isn't a headline project — it's a punch list. The door that sticks, the trim that came loose, the drywall patch from the leak, the room that needs to become something else. AMM Construction Services handles repairs, remodeling, room additions, and the punch lists that homeowners across the Tulsa metro have been meaning to get to.

I take on whole-room remodels — taking a bedroom to an office, opening up a wall, finishing a bonus room above a garage — and the smaller jobs that bigger contractors won't return a call for. The sticking door, the loose handrail, the rotted sill, the cabinet door that won't stay shut. If it's carpentry, drywall, paint, trim, or fixture work, it's in my lane.

For room additions and structural changes, I handle the framing, exterior, and finish work, and I coordinate with licensed trades for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as needed. I'll tell you upfront when a project needs a permit and engineered drawings, and I'll tell you when it doesn't. The goal is the same on a punch list or an addition: one point of contact, work done right, and a clean site at the end of the day.

Oklahoma homes have their own repair patterns. The slab foundations across the metro shift with drought and rain, which opens cracks in drywall and sticks doors. The wind drives water behind siding that wasn't flashed right. The older homes in Claremore and Sand Springs have plaster walls that need a different approach than drywall. I've worked on all of it, and I'll tell you what's actually going on before I start cutting.

Frequently asked questions

Both. I take punch lists — the door that sticks, the loose trim, the drywall patch — alongside whole-room remodels and additions. The small jobs are how a lot of my customer relationships start. If you have a list of three or four things that have been bothering you, text me. That's a normal job for me.
Yes, and I'd rather. A sticking door is usually a foundation or hinge issue, not a door issue. A water stain on the ceiling is a roof or plumbing issue, not a paint issue. I diagnose the cause before I patch the symptom, because patching the symptom means you're calling me back in six months. If the cause is outside my scope — a roof leak, a slab issue — I'll tell you what it is and who you need.
Yes. I handle the framing, exterior, and finish work on room additions, and I coordinate the licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades the project needs. Additions usually need permits and engineered drawings, and I'll tell you that upfront and walk you through the process. I'll also tell you honestly if an addition is the right call or if a reconfiguration of existing space would serve you better.
Yes — turnover work, make-readies, and repair rounds are a significant part of what I do. I have a dedicated page for property managers and commercial clients that covers turnaround work, multi-unit repair rounds, and ongoing maintenance arrangements. See the Property Managers & Commercial page or text me about your portfolio.
I do repair work after storms — tarps, board-up, temporary stabilization, and the permanent repairs that follow. For active leaks or structural emergencies, call me at 918-896-2266 and I'll tell you whether I can get to you quickly or whether you need a 24-hour emergency service first. I'm honest about my availability.
