Home Repairs & Remodeling in the Tulsa Metro
Most of the work a house needs over thirty years isn't a headline project — it's a punch list. The door that sticks, the trim that came loose, the drywall patch from the leak, the room that needs to become something else. AMM Construction Services handles repairs, remodeling, room additions, and the punch lists that homeowners across the Tulsa metro have been meaning to get to.
I take on whole-room remodels — taking a bedroom to an office, opening up a wall, finishing a bonus room above a garage — and the smaller jobs that bigger contractors won't return a call for. The sticking door, the loose handrail, the rotted sill, the cabinet door that won't stay shut. If it's carpentry, drywall, paint, trim, or fixture work, it's in my lane.
For room additions and structural changes, I handle the framing, exterior, and finish work, and I coordinate with licensed trades for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as needed. I'll tell you upfront when a project needs a permit and engineered drawings, and I'll tell you when it doesn't. The goal is the same on a punch list or an addition: one point of contact, work done right, and a clean site at the end of the day.
Oklahoma homes have their own repair patterns. The slab foundations across the metro shift with drought and rain, which opens cracks in drywall and sticks doors. The wind drives water behind siding that wasn't flashed right. The older homes in Claremore and Sand Springs have plaster walls that need a different approach than drywall. I've worked on all of it, and I'll tell you what's actually going on before I start cutting.
