Verdigris is the rural-suburban community just west of Claremore, and the work there is defined by the acreage properties — larger lots, rural fencing, and the outdoor structures that go with room to spread out. The homes range from established rural properties to newer builds on multi-acre lots, and the projects reflect that mix of established-home repair and rural-property improvement.
