Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in the Tulsa Metro
Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms that decide what a home is worth, and they're the rooms most often remodeled badly — by contractors who treat them like every other room. AMM Construction Services remodels kitchens and bathrooms across the Tulsa metro with the carpentry, tile, and finish standards that actually hold up to daily use.
I handle the work I've mastered: cabinetry installation and modification, countertop templating and installation, tile floors and shower surrounds, drywall, paint, trim, and the fixture installation that ties it together. I don't run plumbing or electrical rough-ins — when a kitchen or bath remodel needs moved lines, I work alongside licensed plumbers and electricians, and I'll tell you straight at the estimate stage when that's part of the job. Coordinating those trades is part of what I do.
Oklahoma homes have their own patterns. The ranch houses built across Claremore, Tulsa, and Sand Springs in the sixties and seventies have small galley kitchens and original cast-iron tubs that homeowners want opened up and modernized. The new construction in Bixby and Owasso often has builder-grade finishes that owners want upgraded within five years. I've worked in both, and I approach them differently — preserving the good bones of an older home versus elevating the finishes on a newer one.
What I do differently is treat the finish work as the point of the project, not the last step. Trim that's actually coped at the inside corners. Tile that's laid out from the center, not the wall, so you don't end up with a sliver cut against the door. Cabinetry that's leveled and scribed to the wall. These are the details that separate a remodel that looks right from one that looks done.

How the project runs
Text or call
Tell me which room and what you want to change. Photos of the current space help.
Design visit
I come out, measure, look at what's behind the current finishes, and talk through layout, materials, and what trades the project will need.
Written estimate
Itemized scope — demolition, carpentry, tile, finish, trade coordination, and timeline. Free and clear.
Remodel
Demo and rough-in first, then the trades, then carpentry, tile, and finish. I keep dust contained, communicate daily, and walk you through before final payment.
